Ashtyn Cullen
Patient Care Coordinator
Hi, I’m Ashtyn Cullen (yes, like the vampires from Twilight—I promise I don’t sparkle!)…but I do bring a lot of enthusiasm and a good sense of humor to everything I do!
I earned a double major in Hospitality Management and Healthcare Management, combining two things I value most: creating positive experiences and helping people through life’s challenges. Although I began my career in hospitality, I quickly realized that my passion lies in healthcare. There’s something incredibly rewarding about brightening someone’s day, especially when they’re navigating a difficult season in life.
Through a mutual connection (and a little bit of good luck), I was fortunate to meet the incredible owners behind the clinic just as they were looking for an Administrative Assistant to help support their growing practice. Changing careers can be intimidating, so I consider myself incredibly lucky to have found such a welcoming and positive environment on my first try. Not everyone gets that kind of opportunity, and I’m grateful every day to be part of a team that truly cares about its patients and each other.
One of the things I love most about working here is seeing how differently and intentionally this clinic approaches patient care. Having experienced healthcare from the patient side, I know how meaningful it is to feel seen, heard, respected and genuinely cared for. I truly can’t imagine a better place for people to heal and thrive—whether through physical therapy or pelvic floor physical therapy.
When I’m not at the clinic, you can usually find me hanging out with my puppy, Nugget (who is convinced she’s much smaller than she actually is), filling sketchbooks with drawings, planning my next travel adventure, or pretending that one more trip to the gym will finally teach me to enjoy burpees.
At the heart of everything I do are two values: respect and empathy. My hope is that every patient who walks through our doors feels both—from day one and every visit after.
